You sure lost me with all the talk. Getting an invention patented is a long and expensive process. Don't even think about going through the websites that promise to get a patent for you. They get the credit and you pay for it.

Are talking about applying for a patent? It is a difficult process and if you hope to defend it successfully, you'd probably want to consult a patent attorney.
