Hopefully, you've bought her a few dinners or something along the way. Something.
Uh, pregnancy? No, wait, that can happen the FIRST time. Uh, chafing? What do you mean by 13 times? Are you superstitious or something? What's the significance of having sex more than 13 times, as opposed to, say, 12 times?
I don't get your question. It would be the same thing that can happen after one time, or 300 times. 13 isn't some mythical boundary after which things are different, as far as I know.
But maybe you shouldn't have sex under a ladder just to be on the safe side...

Um what? I'm sure everyone would assume you were in a relationship with her and that is not weird. If you mean 13 times in a row than i'm wondering how it got up that many times and she is probably in pain right now.
