Actually, this happened to my friends.
You see they had a daughter who was 19. Her dad was cheating on their mother with several women. This caused problems in the house, like extreme fighting and beating. This girl's brother used to beat her also, because he saw father beat mother. The girl has no place to live because she does not have family in this area. Is she doing fine? Please help. What should I tell my friends, because it is their daughter?

No one is going to look for her except a private detective because she's legally able to disappear if she wants. And based on the back story the police wouldn't likely believe she was abducted against her will. They can post fliers asking for information about her whereabouts and asking her to call home but that's about it.

At 19 she is an adult and can leave home whenever she wants. She didn't "run away" she left on her own accord, she is an adult and is entitled to do so. She can go to a homeless shelter where they will encourage her to get a job so she can leave the homeless shelter or she will end up living on the streets. That's what happens when one doesn't have any means of support.

The parents need to suck it up and realize that they've caused the situation and need to take care of their daughter. She's going to need a place to stay and food to eat. She's 19, so they can't force her to go home. And with all the abuse in that household, she maybe shouldn't go home.
