accenture in san antonio texas...what are your experiences?

I worked at Accenture in San Antonio Tx as a supervisor for 6 months so far and I noticed that they don't like conflicts and that they a huge ratio of sexual harressment and is a very hostile work environment.

I never have worked for them, but I have a close friend who does (a white male, by the way). What you are describing doesn't sound like the environment he told me about.

Most employers don't like conflicts. If your reason for going to work is that you like to create them, then perhaps you need to re-examine some things about yourself.
