When I blow my nose, there's always a red tint to the snot (not to be grose)

Sounds like you might have terminal sinus problems.

What you need is citrus bioflavonoids to strengthen your blood vessels.

A Yahoo search for "citrus bioflavonoids" + "blood vessels" should tell you much more.

It sounds to me as though your sinuses are inflamed and a bit raw. If you live in a dry place, try using a humidifier, especially at night. This also occurs in people who are allergic to things and use antihistimines to treat their allergies. You can use a plain saline spray to help keep moisture in your sinuses, and help keep the membrane from tearing. Assuming it's only a tiny bit of blood, it's nothing to worry about. If it's a LOT of blood, then it would probably be a good idea to contact your doctor, as it could be something more serious.

You probably have a chronic sinus infection. They're very common. If the little bit of blood in the Kleenex is the only symptom, don't worry about it.

well if you snort cocaine the tissues get thin and bleed.
but assuming you don't use cocaine, it is probably because your nasal tissues are too dry, I know it sounds strange if you are always blowing your nose, but the fluids you blow out are fluids that should be in the tissues. I use a saline nose spray several times a day to keep my nasal passages moist, no more bleeding.
