Go hunting? For deer, ducks or other game?

None that shoot animals, but a friend of mine is a champion skeet shooter. She learned from her brothers. I'm sure she could shoot animals if she wanted to.

My Dad was a hunter. I came home one day to see a skinned deer hanging from one of our oak trees. It was horrible. I am a vegetarian, now. I don't get the game where first you go into an animal's home, terrify it first and chase it, then possibly wound it if you aren't a great shot. The object of the game is to kill the other participate. Stinks.......
