at what 'stage' of breast development can women produce milk. Like could a teenage mother in the '3rd stage' feed her baby?

I don't think your body could get pregnant if it wasn't ready to produce milk. I've never heard of breasts developing in stages.

If you are asking if a teenage mother in her third trimester of pregnancy can produce milk, the answer is yes as already stated by the RN above.

I agree, if a girl gets pregnant, her breasts will develop and produce milk. However, if fluid can be expressed from a woman's/girl's breasts, but she's NOT pregnant, it could be a symptom of a medical condition and she should discuss it with her physician.

you can only produce milk if you are pregnant once you are your body starts to produce milk so at any age just at least you have to be pregnant
