I saw a girl on the bus wearing underwear with "Rock Star" on the waistband. Are thesse boxers or knickers? They looked like boxers from the waistband , but I'm not certain.

my older girls wear these they look like boys pants apparently very fashionable at the moment - they look like little shorts. hope this helps
