You should call your ob-gyn immedialty and tell them what's going on. I bled a lil at the beginning of my first pregnancy, and it turned out to be old blood making it's way out. My second I had cramps and bleeding and I mis-carried. I hope to Heaven that's not what's happening with you, but call your Dr, so you'll know. Good Luck!

your ovulating. the first two weeks of pregnancy you arent actually pregnant. go to the er to confirm

I think you might be having a miscarrage.. the only thing right now that you can do is try resting in bed...

go see your doc! pains could be your uterus adjusting to new ocupant, but spotting could be worrisome. or you could just be dehydrated...drink lots of fluids and make dr. appt. immediately. good luck to you...i hope everything turns out fine
