The worst part about my job is that I am self-employed. If I don't work, I don't make any money. If I get distracted by unimportant things too often, I will fail to meet my commitments and develop a bad reputation for not meeting deadlines. It's can be a lot of pressure.

I work at Mcdonald's. The worst part of my job is that people make fun of me for working there. I am a vegetarian and it sucks to work around meat all day, not to mention that I come home smelling like grease.

I'd have to say Repetition. I am only working at this job for the summer before heading to university. But so far, I haven't gained that much experience.

Watching coworkers who do nothing all day, get extra overtime because they suck-up to the boss who swears she hates brown nosers.
Doing something the boss' way even though it's extremely counterproductive, and then having to un-do it because the boss said they got their instructions wrong, even though I suggested that possibility in the first place. (This is a common occurrence.)
