Instant karma doesnt have to be negative., so you do not have to suffer. Anyway it is all about learning from your mistakes so it is never a negative experience

yes, on August 20th 2005...
after years of drinking and smoking. I woke up and for no reason just quit... since then I have done neither, without craving...
dunno if that's karma, but life intervened

my sister has. she was calling me ugly and that i looked like a boy and crap. then she walks out the door, steps on the porch steps, slips and falls on her butt. (she started crying) i couldnt help but laugh.
