i am looking for a big dvd set of the french actor louis de funes, and on ebay from time to time there are auction for dvd sets from hong kong or china....i am unable to find a direct site from asia that sells dvd sets...any help would be greatly appreciated

...I don't know of any site, where the films can be ordered directly from overseas (might be more expensive that way, anyways, what with the additional gross shipment costs); however, one of the sites that readily I use, where imported Hong Kong films have been made readily available, with most of them being relatively economical, is 'www.hkflix.com'

...the only downfall to this site is, if a specific film has been picked up by an American distributor, this site (or most other sites, for that matter) will no longer carry the import; I found that out, while trying to get hold of import versions of action film eventually carried and distributed by Dimension/Miramax (the dubbing, reediting and restructuring, which they've done with almost all the Jackie Chan & Jet Li films, is outrageous and unacceptable!!!).
