Yes, I do.....I always take very very long trips (24-26 hours .... 3 flights in a row) and sometimes I have to wait 4-6 hours between 2 flights....and when I reach my destination, I can assure you that the two things that I really need are a bath and a BED!!!!.

After an 8 hour flight sure that can happen.....I went back east to visit relatives and the flight was scary. The pilot almost over shot the runway! Since then I have never flown again.

Did you hear about the Continental flight that the bath-rooms backed up on?? Everyone was wading in it,and they served lunch on top of the raw sewage that was flooding the plane..
Yep true story,Think you would fly real soon after that meal?
Imagine how DIRTY they felt....after that 10 hour flight!!

i do no longer think of it is stupid nonetheless my spouse hates it as quickly as I do! If the seat is leather-based I wipe the headrest with the nice and snug towel. you would be shocked how brown that towel gets with one modest wipe! there is little doubt plane are filthy places to spend an prolonged volume of time, fairly shorthaul the place plane don't get precise wiped sparkling after each and each flight. Even on some longer flights they don't get something plenty. My spouse and that i flew Anchorage to Dallas on American airlines in July and (the flight arrives from Dallas and is going right this moment returned) even after a 6hr+ flight interior the sole issues accomplished to make it cleanser have been to fold up the blankets and place them on the seats returned! My seat, drinks table between seats and floor section have been coated in multiple detritus. i comprehend somebody who flew Emirates and unfold out a plastic wrapped blanket to discover in part dried vomit on it! those issues are not continually wiped sparkling, they are in simple terms visually inspected to confirm regardless of if or no longer they are grimy or no longer. My father flew with a nicely common Hollywood actress from London to la quite a few years in the past and he or she wore gloves and wiped down the aspects of the seat in the previous settling in. She wiped down glasses and plates in the previous accepting them and drank her own bubbly (which she further together with her). perhaps slightly OCD...

I ride city transit buses a lot. Flights are much cleaner than that (unless we run into air turbulance... yikes).
Peace
