first the dinosaurs are not extinct, in that they do have living descendants, namely alligators, crocodiles, birds, and other reptiles. however there is no way for humans to be blamed for the demise of the dinosaurs, as for one, man did not exist 65 million years ago, and two, it has been proven through science that the impact of two extremely large meteors 300,000 years apart led to the demise of the dinosaur as the supreme species. to blame man for many of the things that happen in the natural world is the height of arrogance. there are many things that happen, even during mans time on earth, that have nothing to do with man and our activities. nature has always had the rule that the strong survive. man is the only species, that i know of, that can consciously control his own procreation. science is a blessing, and a curse. man has to be responsible for what he does, but to blame man as a whole, or Christians as a single group, for every problem, THAT truly is the height of arrogance.

Absolutely!

The dinosaurs aren't totally gone--their remains have created fossil fuels. The Judeo-Christian ethic that requires man to think of himself as owner and despoiler of the Earth gives Christians permission to invade middle eastern countries to try to steal their oil.

We don't own this planet! We are just one among many species on it, and should take our correct place in humility to live peacefully with all the other creatures, plants, rocks and air.

So there!
