How many funerals have you attended in your life time?

Have you lost track? I can only remember attending 3 in my 30 years - but I have to go to another one next week.

Too many. Remember you may not want to be there, but neither does the guy it's for and he will surely be appreciative of all who come to support those he left behind.

None actually. Thank God I haven't lost anyone dear to me, yet. My grandfather passed away when I was 8 or so, but I wasn't allowed to attend the funeral. I've gone to two wakes and it is not not a pleasant experience. I suppose it shouldn't be, but still.

I remember my great uncle's funeral... oh no, wait that was his wedding.

On a more serious note, i've only been to one funeral.. and that was when I was 15, it was my best friends father's funeral.. For some reason it made me feel so bad.. I was crying the entire time :O(

A lot. Can't remember. Relatives, co-workers, their relatives, a few friends, even some children and infants (the hardest.) I've been in ministry, so it comes with the territory. My condolences to you and the family of the deceased.

only 2 in my 18 years, funerals suck but my family tends to turn it into a good family bonding time rather than an all day morning event

I can count 11 unfortunately. Both Grandmas and both Grandpas and my Uncle Jess and my Aunt Inez and Aunt Maxine and my Dad and my best friend Tammy. Oh, yes, I also went with my friend Regina to support her when her dad passed away and my friend Lynn when she lost her Grandpa. I am 32.
