i am noramally reall y good with computer sbut cant fiure this one out. i am making a movie in windows movie maker and it wont play. i have windows vista

Um yeah,

First tell us are you using a camera,webcam, compiling small clips etc. Windows movie maker can be used in many ways. Spend some time to write a longer questions on what type of movie your trying to make. Is it for Dvd?

Vista could be your problem... If you created the movie in Movie Maker (on your Vista system) and you can't play it, the format is irrelevant, since it was created by Movie Maker.

If you created the movie on an XP or other type of operating system, and are now trying to play it on a Vista system - that could be a problem too....most of us don't know how many different problems there are when trying to play something created on an XP machine, on a Vista machine.

well you forgot to tell what format is the video you are editting on windows movie maker, you also have to see if you selected the right format at the end when you are saving what you are editing in case you are already editing the video , if the problem is to try and put the video in widows movie maker then that means that you are trying to put a video file that is not compatible with the type of video that movie maker uses , so try to see if you are using a type of video file that windows movie maker can support, and see if you are choosing the correct video type at the end of your editing at the part that says finishing movie.

if ur gud wid comps then shift 2 sum oder editing software grl.
maybe adobe premiere pro 2.0
may be rams low
or try saving movie to comp then play it
painful but a door out of the trouble :)
