For me?
Rainy days -- no.
Mondays -- yes.
For other people?
It would depend on the days they work, and if they like the rain. Rain usually has a tendancy to start a "more glum" mood, but it all depends on an individual's personality!

I Hate Mondays! I dislike rain too. It just feels so icky and wet...I just hate the smell afterwards! It just gets so muggy especially in a swamp state like mine! =D
