Sundays. Most people go to church that day so the shops are less crowded and it's a lot easier to find a parking space.

Grocery shopping? Saturday night or Sunday am while everyone is in church--Get out BEFORE 1PM!!!

Sunday mornings are not that bad. Go why everyone is at church and you will get in and out faster.
