Once in a while I go there and when I was eating I saw bird feathers on my chicken. I asked them if they could make me another one but they rudly said NO!!!!!!!!! What I really want to know is that could I sue them for that?

I work for El Pollo Loco. I can not believe they did not give you new chicken, like they are required to do. If you want to, you can call the cooperate office at 1-800-EPL4You and they should send you two 5 dollar gift certificates. which El Pollo Loco did you go to.

You could sue them if you have pictures or video of you getting the feather chicken. If you don't have any proof and you don't have the piece of chicken in question then it's just your word against thiers.
Best to call the 800 number and give them the store number and the name of the rude employee.

You probably could, actually, unless some of their dishes do come with some bird feathers. I've never heard of that before, and it sounds pretty gross. They should have given you another dish, so you could definitely report them for refusing to do that.

YUCK ! Honey, they were wrong not to make you another dish, but please don't eat there again. Sounds gross and sounds as if they don't care about customer service either. There is not one where I live but if that is a chain store I certainly would make sure that the head office knew about it.
