how do you make the hairs bows exactly like the ones here?

Grab ribbon at Walmart fold it over and get fabric glue and glue it to the back of the clip.

Need -
Ribbon, 1 thicker one for the bow and on thinner for the center (I am assuming you want two different colors like the pic or you could just fold the same color smaller) (Make sure on of the colors of ribbon is slightly wider than the width of the clip)
Hot glue gun
Needle and thread OR thin crafting wire
Scissors
Lighter (or fray check -lighter does not work with cotton!)
Clip

Depending on size of the clip, measure out a piece of ribbon that will cover the front and fold under the sides. Cut this piece, use the lighter (or fray check) to seal the ends so they do not fray (pass lighter across ends quickly)

Glue to the front of the barrette, tucking the sides under (I glue the bottom part of one end first them glue top then tuck the other ens under I also use a pair of tweezers when tucking the ribbon under so I can squeeze the piece down without burning my fingers)

Measure another peice of ribbon slightly larger than twice the sike of the barrette (this will be the bow part)
Glue together so It forms a loop/circle. use wire or thread to bring the center together. Cut a small piece of the thinner ribbon for the center, glue one side of it to the back of the bow, bring it over the front and glue to the back again (covering the wire/thread.

1] get cheap ribbon to practice on
2] tie as you would tie your shoe
3] hot glue to hair clip
When you are good at this, get some ribbon that matches some of your clothes, and go for it!
