they say to help you fall asleep easier, you should not be on the computer or be watching TV, but rather read a book for about 30-50 minutes each night before going to bed. would it be okay to though, to read stories online? just cause i finish all of my books so quickly, but with websites like fictionpress.com there are always new stories, but will that just keep me awake longer?

I'm usually on the computer before going to bed.
I come to answers, work jigsaw puzzles, go to chat room,
watching the screen makes my eyes tired and helps me sleep. It might not work for everyone.

Just read a regular book. There's something in the electrical components of TV and computer that effects the brain.

TV and computer will stimulate more parts of your brain than just reading. I would just stick to reading if you want to fall asleep faster.

it would keep you up cause you will be able to access the entire web with just a click, get a huge boring book that you can lay in the bed and read, your eyes will start closing on their own and you will get really tired
