i'm indian and i got mine pierced just because ithink its cute...but i've seen like all the old indian ladies to the young ones wearing them..is there a reason?

well i think its tradition. but my father is indian and none of the family on his side has a nose ring but my sister got a small one for the same reason u did,hmmmmmmmm somthing to think about,lol

i think it works same like ear piercing...i mean for beauty and all. some women wear it when they get married.
i personally dont like the idea though.
