Yes- she thinks she's a celebrity

My first answer was narcissism, but that couldn't be accurate because to be a narcissist, one must have a very high sense of confidence and assurance even if it is unfounded and unrational, and I don't see Paris Hilton as being a self-assurred, confident young woman. She is too flighty, non-committal and throws too much of herself at the public, who are not fans or intrigued by her behaviors or "work". Plus she has an alcohol problem, which is referred to as a disease, but in my book disorder and disease mean the same thing. I've grown to feel sorry for the woman, because she is so out of touch with real life that by making such a fuss about her jail sentence and just doing the 3 days as time served for 45, she went to pieces and dug herself a big hole by claiming she was mentally unstable and got sent to the general hospital for a week, then home on house arrest, then yanked back into the County Jail to do her whole sentence when if she had a clue about the real world she would've kept quiet and it'd be long gone. This is probably just the beginning of her self-inflicted rough road to life, though.

Paris Hilton proabsbly has many characteristics of Borderline Personality Disorder. She does not understand social boundaries and overall he appears to be out of touch with reality, so she may have psychotic symptoms as well. Overall, however, she appears to have the non-clinical syndrome of spoiled brat and female Peter Pan Syndrome. But what do you expect with her traumatic background, having grown up with all the money, servants, and everything else. It's hard to live through that and be a regular earthling.

Considering that all addictions are mental disorders (and I'm guessing she must be addicted to something--alcohol at least), I would need to say yes.

Eating disorders are also mental disorders--so IF she's not eating to keep her figure, that would be another.

I'm fairly confident that being confined in jail would bring on depression--another mental disorder.

She could suffer with any number of psychological problems--however, celebs can keep some secrets from the press.

The disorder that you're referring to, in the guidelines put forward by the DSM IV psychological diagnosis manual, is that she is suffering from being a spoiled brat.
