answering a question with "lol" but someone can put the word penis in a question and not have it removed?

Welcome to the unfair world of Yahoo!Answers. I got a violation notice for asking a question about who is Marianne_not_Ginger. Actually, every violation notice I have ever received has been invalid. I don't think anybody reads them or pays any attention to them. It is silly. Those of us rule-abiding yahoo answerers should be able to work up some form of credit or something that can make it more difficult for us to get violations, because it just isn't fair. For some reason, I feel a violation coming to this answer. *sigh*

3 cheers for Prncss-Prple. I get violated for the dumbest reasons and see other stuff here that just makes me say wow and its left here! Lets rebel lets hang the hamster! Seriously it is ridiculous. I kind of imagine Yahoo pick up on key words or somebody has reported you for a vindictive reason. HOWEVER I do respond to each violation e-mail and tell them in a very nice way why they are wrong!..Cause every time they have been wrong!

I know, I think it's unfair too. I'm sure it's because you apparently did not answer the question. Insinuating that you are laughing is not answering a question, it's only stating an action.

i answered "2 pts!" to Rico coz he's blathering sexist remarks again, i got a violation for that.
It's almost the same thing, they think we're trying to get 2 pts so easily!
