Energy itself gives rise to waves. Light waves are transverse because that's the way energy can be transported in vacuum.

Ah you missed a very important point...transverse waves of water cannot be because the water just shears rather than move to form the wave pattern. But transverse waves of light through water is just fine. My point, it's the light that has the waves, not the water.

but 1 thing I suppose is it may be like if energy in the origin, since there's no media, it may chosen the transverse path!!

I can not explain why. This is one way energy is transported.
Energy in the univers is not created, it just change forms.
Lumination is a way of transporting energy.
Differnt types of wawes do the job.

Because that's the way the Universe works :-)

Why ? because if it DIDN'T work that way, either the Universe would not exist (or we would not exist)

If that bothers you, then just reply 'because that's the way God made the Universe' ...
