3F = h(a + b)

3F/h = a + b

(3F/h) - a = b

if your equation is F=(1/3)h(a+b), then b=(3F/h) -a
if you equation is F=1/(3h(a+b)), then b=[1/(3hF)] -a

Need parentheses.
If F=(1/3)*h*(a+b)
3*F/h = a+b
b=(3*F/h)-a
