A brain that always insists on comparing every little thing. When one has a comparitive brain, it is very hard to make decisions. Chances are, the indecisive people in your life are suffering from this condtion.

You know, that throws me. I don't know if you are talking about animal psychology or comparing one brain with another, or if you mixed up "comparative" with "competent".
