There is no direct train from Anaheim to Spokane, you would probably have to go to Seattle first.and continue from there to Spokane.

Bus: Go to Greyound
www.greyhound.com Look under station cities in each state.
If there isn't a train going to to Spokane, there will be a station near one of the cities in Eastern Washington that is the closest to Spokane.
