Someone from a local church staff just knocked on the door, I saw a 14/15 yr old bully walk down the street smoking, isn't that illegal?

u have to be 18 to smoke in the US.

Yes it is illegal. First off you have to be 18 yrs. old to buy cigaretts. It is also illegal for some one over the age 18 to buy cigaretts for a minor. So even if it was legal for a minor to smoke, there is no legal way to get the cigaretts.

YES! It is illegal to smoke until you are 18! You can't even buy cigarettes until you have a drivers licence tha proves you are 18! He must have stolen them from his parents! Thants really sad that someone would ruin their life by smoking at such a young age!

u thought rite, smokeing is illegal unless u are 18 years or older i believe
but the age minimum mite be 21 years old
im not sure which one but i know for a fact u kant smoke at age 15

Its illegal for a minor (under 18) to purchase smokes. But there is no law, as I think of. There probably is a law against it, but parents who are tired of their children begging give them to them, because the parent is in charge of the minor.

Yes it's illegal. You can't smoke until you are 18 and I don't know why you would. It can put you on an oxygen tank when your older, it can give you lung cancer, it puts half a ton of tar on your lungs each cancer stick you smoke, it can kill you.

No and the bully needs to be whooped like a grown person...My grandparents would make you smoke a whole pack if they caught you doing that!....The bully must think it is cute.

Yes, you must be 18 to buy or have tobacco products- you can't have someone else buy them then smoke them- still illegal.
