Juliet is a star struck young girl. She is dazzled by Romeo. She knows he is on the rebound, but that only makes him more attractive. But the bottom line is, Juliet was very, very young, very naive, and very inexperienced. She believes everything she is told. Does that help?

Old Lady is right on. But, Juliet is also pure. That's not just because she is a virgin when she meets Romeo. She loves Romeo and her behavior from defying her parents and the social rules of the time come out of that love.
