who else hates turtles?

Question

whenever im fishing for catfish at the lake i normanally go to there are like a million turtles in there. so when im fishing they always go for my bait or get snagged. and i've had some pretty close calls of getting my finger bite off by one of them trying to get the hook out of and once a guy fishing newt to me caught a turtle and when he was trying to get the hook out the turtle actually bit a hole in his pants...anyone else hate turtles

i didn't have the displeasure of being near the little *****. but i too despise them, they're slow, stupid and I don't even know how they got as far as they did into the evolutionary path. must be those damned shells.

no I don't hate turtles that is just stupid...who would hate a turtle for wanting to eat besides just becuz they eat your bait doesn't mean they all going to snap at you! I have turtles in the pond behind my house and they eat my bait nd get hooked and when i try to get the hook out of their mouth they don't snap! Dill wid it no1 cares about your turtles problems I even have a snapping turtle in my house that I tamed not to snap so shut up and go fishing or keep naging and don't go cuz I am sure no1 else wants to hear bout your turtle problem! And P>S> God made the way they are and he ain't going to change them!

How can you hate a animal for just doing what comes naturally--looking for food? You are in his territory, not the other way around. And if the guy was taking a hook out of the turtle and causing it pain, it was going to instinctively try to protect itself. It had no idea the guy was trying to help it. Don't hate animals that don't know any better--it's ridiculous.

I thought turtles were like elephants, everyone liked them. There was a time before everything got built up, that turtles would be randomly found in fields, ponds, creeks, etc. The finders would (usually with nail polish) put their initials on the shell, with maybe the date and release the turtle. Pretty cool.

Turtles have lives. Just like the fish you fish have a life. All living things have a life. Like you. What gives you the right to degrade animals becuase they look different and have different bodies than you? There is still a life, like you are still a life.

dont b mad at them turtles are awsome pets they just arent verry good in the wild. but thnk bout it from their point the water is their home how would u like someone throwin a net on u or yr home or throwing hooks in yr water I WOULD BITE U 2 IF I WAS A TURTLE~!!!!!! >[ but they really are sweet animals as pets and are sooooooooooo cute. also MAYB IF U NO THERE ARE A MILLION TURTLES THEIR U SHOULDNT FISH THIER SMARTY!!!=] and i thnk fishin is mean anyway honestly pokin a hole in a fishes mouth then killing them and eatin them its BARBERIC!!! = P

Wow, I hate him too! i presumed i grew to become into the sole one. he's taken under consideration one of those undesirable excuse for a sons and daughters' caricature character. I agree that he's whiny and stressful, yet i think of he's fairly uninteresting too. i will not be able to confirm how all and sundry ought to observe that teach =/

eh i dont like turtles, they can be cool cause they are slow but im more of a lizard person
