Pasta in the shape of letters?

If you are talking about two bowls of soup that are exactly the same in every regard except for the shape of the noodles, then there is nothing different except to the mind that can make a distinction between the two.
To a blind person, who can't distinguish the shape of the noodles, there is no difference. And that blind person, according to their sensibilities, would be right.

the pasta is in the shape of letters in alphabet soup but it varies in other kinda of soups

It goes without saying that it's the letters. Ever wonder if they have alphabet soup with, say, Chinese, Russian, Arabic or Hebrew letters?
