Yes it would be heard by a bug, bird, or animal. Also the sound waves would make the grass blow one way or another.

If a tree falls it will make vibrations in the air that would be considered "noise" if there were someone there to hear it. If there is nobody there to "hear" it, then it makes no "noise", as "noise" and "hearing" are actions made by sentient beings, not a physical process. However, there are those who would argue that "noise" is in fact the vibrations themselves. So, the answer is parameter sensitive and will depend on your interpretation of the definition of "noise".
One last point: according to Dr. Schrodinger, if the tree falls and there is no one there, it exists both as a tree still standing and a tree that has fallen until someone collapses the dual reality into a single quantum state (see Schrodinger's Cat hypothesis). If that is the case, then there is only a 50% chance the tree even fell, which means, at best, a 50% chance it made any noise, regardless of your definition of "noise".

Yes. Of course it makes noise. The tree does not know when a person is or is not there. Besides, if the tree falls on a groundhog, the groundhog would defienetly make some noise.
