Yah, sorry Fever, sometimes I do. But I only do it because it's a question I want to keep tabs on in my "Starred Questions" list. I use the watch list for other stuff.

I usually star right away. If the question is interesting, it's the least I can do. I don't think I'd feel right starring only because I got best answer.
Does a star even matter once best answer is chosen?

I star for good / interesting questions. Has nothing to do with if I get a best answer or not!!

It depends. Certainly not all of them, but I star the ones I think are great questions. I star ones I haven't got BA on, but think the information given is useful for myself.

Not really. I ask when I need to know something. I don't ask a lot because I don't want to loose five points I mean I know I can answer other questions so I can get the points back but still I don't ask unless is something that I'm curious about.
