Your message is not congruent,' so leave public property or be arrested.

Apparently, pastors and protesters are being told they will be arrested if they hold banners on public property.. I guess freedom of speech was removed when the Patriot Act was drafted. Even though the Gay and Lesbian parade got permits to prevent protesters.. you cant blame the "liberals" for this one. The ugly reality is, this is now common in America. The RNC had the same power during the elections, setting up "Free Speech Zones".. Our liberties are being taken away, regardless of party affiliation.

Smith.. .if you think setting up a free speech zone is protecting the safety of the President..think again. If someone were going to try and harm the President, they would use more than their "speech". I don't think he was in danger from someone hitting him with a banner either. Don't keep blaming the liberal moonbats.. . Neither party cares about your Freedom.

I read the article, and from what it says I have concluded that gay people are allowed to break the law as long as it is an action that characterizes typical homosexual behavior (such as public nudity) and also that government officials such as Police Officers will MAKE UP laws to protect Gays and silence their opponents. You see, the article say that there legally never was a "Constitution Free Zone". But when the gay director told the pastor he would be arrested if he practiced his freedom of speech on public property against the gays, the police officer agreed, even though there was NOTHING in the permit that say that the pastor couldn't do what he wanted to do.

Talk about corruption. They should just go to Washington and get out the Constitution and piss on it, because that is what they did figuratively.

If you look at the Patriot act you will see nothing concerning freedom of speech. This is a local incident not something being ordered by the Federal Government. And the RNC has nothing to do with setting up "free speech zones" this was something the secret service set up to insure the safety of the President. Since there were several threats made by moonbat liberals that see nothing wrong in attempting to kill the President.

Dude, youre just making random connections here.

This is a gross violation of rights yes, but it doesnt have to do with the Patriot Act, it has to do strictly with the Atlanta City Council and Police Department. If I lived in Atlanta and had the time I would go get arrested! (Not to show ideological support for the Christians, but because they should be able to spout off any non-violent message they want just like the others)

Local gov't is the easiest to hold accountable. If enough (wont take many) people get arrested and make and fight it, it wont happen again.
