for cheerleading i have to be able to do a left heel stretch and i cant do one at all. i stretch for a really long time and i do it over and over again but it never gets better. my right heel stretch is really good though so i dont get why i cant get my left to be as good. is there anything i can do other than stretching that would make it better?

No, stretching is probably what you need to do, unless you have some other problem going on in getting into the stunt.

So do left front splits, nose to knee.

That happened to me last year! I couldnt stretch my right foot because the muscle got pulled when a metal rod got stuck in my foot! You should get it checked out before it gets more serious

do butterflies, pikes and spred eagles
Butterflies, you have to sit down folded legs, holding both of your feet and trying your best for your sides of your knees touching the ground...
Pikes is lying flat on the ground and bringing you body in a v- like position slowly reaching up to your toes,
S.eagles are the same as pipes but spreading your legs in the air and reaching up touching your toes....
Also do walking launges...works great for our team!
