I like Brooke because brook is the spelling of the body of water. Brooke looks more feminine to me, too.

Brooke. I'm pretty sure that's the most common way of spelling it but, if you want to go more unique then go for Brook

The name is usually spelled Brooke. Either way, it still means a stream of water. which is perfectly fine, but I wonder why people seem to think adding an e changes the meaning. You could spell it either way. I like it with the E.
