If it is a single handle faucet, it probably has a cartridge in it. The cartridge has "O" rings that can leak. "Washerless" can also mean that it has ceramic seats. Something may be stuck under the seat. (calcium deposits)

Delta parts will fit right in that faucet. Glacier Bay is an offbreed Delta. Shut off the water, take the parts to a hardware store and get replacement Delta parts, grease them well before you put them in and you are set to go. Best of luck.

sens man is on the right track,try removing the cartridge(s) check for any deposits or foreign bodys clean or replace O rings. but next time buy a moen.Sounds like its adouble handle if itis wall mounted,remove the handles and wrench of the nuts and remove the cartridges.```i`m not a service plumber but this should do the trick.
