It was a union of the Kingdom of Prussia(Germany, small part of Poland) and Austro-Hungary. The contemporary Germany and a small parts of Poland and Austria are old Prussia.

First, please remember that Prussia was an area that existed over a period of time and it's boundaries were not static throughout, but here's a partial list:
Germany and Poland, parts of Russia, Estonia Lithuania and Latvia.
