You will have to get her to sign a quit-claim to get her name off the deed. I hope the two of you are on good terms or else she may stick it to you in order to sign it. She may want money but the quit-claim is necessary.

She must sign over a quit claim deed on the property. In order for her to be removed from the deed. In some states, all property acquird after marriage is jointly owned by the couple. If so, you will have to sell the property, or buy her out of her share of the property.

If you've agreed on the propery selltlement it is just a matter of having her sign a quit-claim deed, which essentially gives-up any interest in the property.

You have to go to court, but that might not help. You may have to sell the property and give her half.

you can't just delete it
she must file a quit claim deed and have it recorded
and it must be with her permission, you can't just take her off
it should have been part of your divorce agreement

If her name is on it because you are joint owners... you will either have to buy her out of her half or ask her to be gracious and sign over her rights to her half.
Good Luck!
