Killed himself. I'm not much one for conspiracy theories, and the lifestyle he led was quite counter productive to "life". He was on a self destruct mission and he succeeded. Damn shame.

Sadly, he killed himself. Some folks think he may have been murdered, but the evidence says he did it himself. :(

I don't really know there was a few weird things about how he did it. Also after the sucide? someone was using his credit cards!
