Over time I have come to find out that every woman feels different when penetrated. I would like to know what females prefer when a male has a toy that faces south instead of north. If you understand the question, please reply

Women have a couple of extra-sensitive nerve bundles on the front (abdomen) side of the vagina. Some positions are more likely to rub those the right way. You can do the maths.
But leg strength in the man and relative leg length are probably bigger factors. Men without much leg strength use their weight to thrust instead of their legs. Sex is great either way, but it does make a difference re comfort during.
Bottom line though, quality of attention matters more than anything else.

Every woman is different inside as well - so theis answer is going to be different for every woamn who answers it. Maybe due to her inner curves, she would prefer the guy who faces south.
Only common consensus I've ever seen on position preference and comfort is during later pregnancy, when most women said they prefered a "doggie style" as it allowed the baby weight to hang out of the way, or prefered the woman on top position
