Call a beekeeper. They can get the bees (if that's what they are) out safely. They can also identify what you have and give you an appropriate course of action if the insects are not honey bees.

call a beekeeper if you are sure they are honeybees. a lot of people don't know the difference between them and wasps. we need honey bees desperately for the enviornment. they are mysteriously dying off. wasps, however require an exterminator

Do not plug the hole the bees go in cause they will find another place to get in house. My house had carpenter bees i did that what a mistake. It cost me $90.00 to call exterminator. He told me I could have just held a fogger bomb over the place they came in & out of. I dont think so. I hate bees!!! it was worth the $$ to me.

You would be best to call somebody who deals with bees. If the queen is removed the rest will go with her.

go to an apairy supply and they have a divider that forcesthe bees out . . . it has a wire so they can go one way but not the other. they go out as usual, and can't get back in.
After enough of them leave, the queen will follow.
If your really talented, you can make one your self.
