i want to go to one of these theme parks but i can't decide! i've never been to thorpe park or chesington, please help me decide!!!

Thorpe park is better than chessington,as there are better rides ,but after today I'm changing my mind half the rides were not working,then there was a power failure at 2 o'clock and trying to evacuate 10,000 people through there turnstiles is something i don't want to ever want to do again it took me 2 hours just to get out of the park,apart from my gripe Thorpe park does have better rides and its better for families,just bear in mind if you go to Thorpe park your more likely to be left standing due to a broken down ride

My 12 year old daughter went to Thorpe Park yesterday and loved it, we went to Chessington in the summer and only got on about 4 rides. She says Thorpe Park was way better!

Personally I find the atmosphere of Chessington better and most of the rides are also themed well. Thorpe park has much more extreme rides but the atmosphere is not as good.

The kids tell me Thorpe park as better rides although i have soft spot for Chessington and its nearer to my home than Thorpe park.
There are always promotions on for both attractions so if you get a But One Get One Free , share the costs with you mate , then you can do both and decide for yourself !

Thorpe Park if you are taking teenagers and Chessington for the younger ones. Have a good time.

Chesington is better for younger children, whereas Thorpe park has better rides suited for older people.
In my opinion Thorpe park is much better!

It depends on what kind of fun you're looking for. The rides at Thorpe Park are great, but too wild for me. I really enjoyed my day there, but after riding Stelth, I was so sick I wasn't able to ride anything else!
So, if you're weak like me, you might enjoy Chessington better. Otherwise, it's Thorpe Park!

Thorpe park because the rides are better and scarier and the water rides cant be found anywhere else in the world, also chessington is more babyish

it depends on what kind of rides you like .thorpe park has the much bigger and scarier rides where as chessington is much more family oriantated.when i went to thorpe park a few weeks ago the rides were not very reliable and kept breaking down twice my daughter got stuck on rides
