I do like the way you have bashed Americans in your questions and answers and then you write that Texans complain about "there electric bills." Did you mean their electric bills? I am afraid i can't answer the question as I do not know all Texans and neither do you.

Did you not pay attention to the "Ask" page BEFORE you hit that "Submit" button? You know YOU actually get to PICK in which category your question is posted!!!
