You can "nuke" them with the pesticide of your choice or just cut off the branch with the tent during the day when they're all home resting.

You could use liquid Seven Ready-to-Spary and add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and the seven will kill the webworms and the vinegar will eat through the web to let the seven do the job. That or Malathion 55 or 57%.

;If you have a propane torch you can scorch then without doing damage to the tree. Don't stay in one spot too long, you can always go back and do it again if you don't think you got them all.
