I used to get bullied when i started secondary scool.( i cared to much about ppl to shout at them or hurt them) Then one day i cracked and smeared chocolate spread all over his desk... When he came back from lunch. he said who did this... I said i did. He walked up to me and i burst his nose!! (did i mention i had been going to school in fear and was deadly afraid of this guy)
Everyone laughed at him. Then he got older boys after me!
Wasnt too bad.
After that i started doing weights. And getting really fit.
Now i stand up for myself at every oppurtunity, defend my friends. And love the ppl that love me back twice as much!
I guess you could say it mde me who i am!
''Nice guy, but defend myself to the ground, and extremely protective over friends and loved ones.''

I was bullied in the 7th grade...The school screwed up my test scores and I was put in remedial rather than the advanced classes...Probably the low light of that year was being chased around the home ec room by a girl with scissors for getting an A...
My parents were very supportive and beside being in constant contact with the school until the error was corrected (February) also saw what it was doing to my self esteem and signed me up for self defense classes...I trained and competed in national and international competitions until I was out of high school...
I actually had one of the kids who picked on me come up to me at graduation and say she was sorry and that I had totally transformed myself from the little girl she knew back then. I took it as a complement and look back at this @#!%&*?@# year as character building and I wouldn't have been half as asertive or outgoing as I am know if it hadn't happened this way.

I was bullied in school. Going to the principal didn't help and I was basically told it was my fault that I was being picked on (I will hate that woman till the day I die). After I got out of school, I figured everyone didn't like me. It took a long time to realize that people didn't automatically judge me negatively when they first met me

i was bullied at school for 5 years. all through secondary school, i hated every min of that time, dreaded going to school, nobody ie teachers ever did anything about it. it was mostly by same people cos they were in the same year as me.i never understood why they did it, now i know it cos i was a quiet girl and slighty over weight i never stood up for myself. was easy target.it affected my confidence in a BIG way for many years after i left school, only in last couple years(im 26 now) have i accected the way i am and that they were the ones with the problems not me.

I was bullied in my last job by one of the managers! He made my working life hell & all because I did'nt flirt with him like all the other women in work did. He gave me all the crap jobs, changed my hours so all my mates were on the same shift & I was on a shift I hated. Took my mates on unofficial cig breaks when we were at our busiest, then moaned at me for not keeping on top of the work when they got back. In the end it got so bad I had more & more time off & ended up on anti-depressants, then I was called in to see the boss, I told him everything & he said he was aware of it & would see to it, but he let me go because I said I did'nt know if I wanted to stay there after everything. I then heard my manager had been made redundant, so at least I got the b*st*rd fired!

At both school and work, I was a wuss at school so found it hard to get over the bullying, by the time the bullying started at work I'd become much stronger and told her there was no way on this earth I was going to allow her to do that to me, I actually stood in the middle of the room and shouted it out to her, worked for me and she was demoted to another section, you have to stand up to bullies or they get the better of you.

I was at work once...it was a new job, and the sales rep/office manager went out of her way to make me miserable. I didn't give her the reactions she wanted so she would come back each time worse than the last. After three weeks, decided it wasn't worth it. I went to lunch and never came back.

I was at school and the early years of high-schol, then I turned around and punched someone round the side of the jaw, then threw them face first into a brick wall, and no-one ever raised a fist at me from that day on.

Yup.. and what i did about it was bad but funny. 2 guys use to chase me home from grade school. I got tired of it so I took my yo-yo to school. I could out run them but I pretended I got a cramp and when they got close to me I started swinging the yo-yo around. One kid ended up with stitch's over his eye, and I broke the other ones nose. The idiots told the principal and I talked my way out of that too. The moral of this story is... don't P^ss me off! :) P. S. after that they left me alone.
