Banjaluka or Бања Лука is administrative capital and the largest city of Republika Srpska, and the second largest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I was hoping I got it right. With your spelling/lack of English I didn't even know if you spelled the place right.

It is Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is in the non-major part of the country. I had to do a project on it!
