You won't find a new one at that price. You will only find someone's old piece of junk for that price. Here, let's work out the future.

If you bought a laptop for $1000, it would last at least 5 years, so that's $200 per year. (of course, it might last 8 years)

If you bought a HUNK OF JUNK for $400, it might already be in it's 4th year, so you have ONE YEAR left. So that's $400 per year. Maybe you would be lucky and it would last 2 years at $200 per year... but it would still be a hunk of junk, and you would be happier with the newer and faster laptop.

So be CHEAP on yourself and end up paying the same amount of money to get MUCH LESS.
