i wear tampons whenever possible, because i hate the gross wet feeling, and the messyness. How can you people stand that? do you just ignore it, or is it just more important that you don't have to deal with tampons because of TSS or whatever reason?

Well.. I dont know why girls even use pads.. I have never used them except after I had my daughter.. I cant stand them either.. and I will never use them.. plus how often do you hear that a girl say that they got TSS from using a tampon.. Just use Super size when you are Heavy Flow and the smallest when you are light flow..
I also dont wear pads because theres always that bump in your pants.. were you can see the pad.. I dont want to look like I pooped myself or something.. Lol..

Who doesn't hate them? But who doesn't hate wearing tampon too though?
It's all a part of life as a woman, and some people just prefer one over another.
Personally, I cannot use tampons because of medical reasons, and in my case, the risk of TSS. Doesn't mean I'm happy about it, but you deal.
Already have kids, so if I didn't have to get my period at all...that would be awesome.....

I hate pads too, I feel like I'm wearing a diaper and I can feel the mess ech its gross. I only wear them at night, I would love to wear tampons all the time if I could.

Tampons absorb all of your natural moisture.
When I was youger the thought of shoving something up there was just creepy in general and when I got older the TSS was always the creepy part.
I use a DivaCup now and it's better than either of the traditional methods.

i use both. if you get the really thin pads. you wont even feel it and no one see it. i use pads as a back up since i have a heavy flow and tend to leak through even though i change every 3 hours. i use super tampons and regular. i hate the drippy feeling and the wet feeling of just a pad also but for young girls pads are the only way to go since they dont know their body or their cycle

I get cramps SOOOO bad when I'm not on birth control that sometimes I can't wear tampons...they make the cramps worse...but during those times, pads don't bother me much because I lay in bed all day anyway.

I don't bleed enough anymore for a tampon to be useful. It is too dry in me and irritates my skin. So I carry wet wipes with me and wash off. :)

some woman say that they feel strange inserting and removing something with the pull of a string from your vagina...make sense, but i couldn't live without tampons....YUK

well i always use tampons!!! at home i sumtimes use pads and at night!! i use the slimist 1's always untra thin.. other than that tampons are soo much better

i hear ya!i absolutely HATE them,but i wear them during the night.i couldn't live w/o tampons!especially b/c i play sports!!!
